Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 10 days of the order date. If you're not satisfied with the course for any reason, simply contact us and we'll process a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@howtocfa.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 48–72 working hours to the original payment method.
After 10 Days
Refund requests after the 10-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may apply depending on how much of the course has been accessed. Contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
Dispute Resolution
If you're unhappy with our refund decision, please reply to our email with your concern. If we can't reach an agreement, the dispute falls under the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause in our Terms & Conditions.
